The Outset Norfolk Programme

Outset Norfolk supports people from across the county to start their own businesses, increasing skills, knowledge and confidence through a flexible, highly interactive, tailored and modular programme of peer workshops and individual coaching and mentoring. It’s one of many similar Outsets across the UK, creating our fantastic community of people just like you!

Read some of our case studies and you’ll see that we are very different to the generic, one-size-fits-all approach!  That ‘same old, same old’ approach doesn’t work. And we know you can’t learn everything you need to know about the realities of growing a successful, sustainable business in just 3 sessions, so we don’t skip over the critical issues like other start-up programmes do.  After 30 years in business ourselves, and supporting around 2500 individuals each year, we pass on that knowledge in a highly interactive and really support peer group setting, so you’ll learn what works in the real world!

Not only that, but we have built a huge knowledgebank of experienced people from all sizes and sectors of business from across Norfolk who are willing to give their precious time for free to help and mentor you as well.  They are a wonderful extra source of inspiration, experience and connections to help you and your business thrive, only through Outset Norfolk.
